20 weeks 5 days

Hello Everyone! This is my "Almost 21 Weeks" picture. Our 20 week ultrasound went well--our new proclaimed due date is Dec. 8th...instead of the 9th ;) We're just sticking with the 9th since we're used to saying it and because one way or the other, it doesn't make much difference. Bobby has been SOOO wonderful to me during all of the changes that have been going on--I know I couldn't have married a better man. He is so amazing and I am so grateful to have him as my husband and best friend. I love him!

As an aside, I'd like to announce that Bobby successfully completed the Hot Dog Challenge (9 hotdogs in 9 innings) at the last Owlz baseball game we went to. He was amazing! That's my husband! His performance was dedicated to his uncle, Tim Woody.

More clips from DC...

This video is part of a DVD we made our grandparents for Christmas. They're all from the Smithsonian (Zoo, Natural History Museum, American History Museum, Air and Space Museum). Some of the things to watch for are DC's french fry-eating birds, the Hope Diamond, Seinfeld's puffy shirt, the Spirit of St. Louis, Custer's last jacket, and Lewis and Clark's compass.

Washington DC...

Here is a clip we made that shows more of the monuments. We took these pictures during last year. The video quality doesn't really do them justice. Washington is a beautiful place.

18 and counting...

Hi everyone! This is my 18 week picture followed by our son's namesake Patrick Henry. Today for the first time I REALLY felt little Henry kicking inside of me--it almost made me laugh because I wondered what in the world he was trying to do in there! Beneath Patrick Henry is a picture of Bobby with our good friend Thomas Lehnardt (also from Liberty, Mo.) at an Owlz vs. Chuckers baseball game. That night the Chuckers won (the KC Royals farm team) so the boys were VERY excited :) Next is a picture of Bobby and my mom making sparkler bombs on the 4th. It may have been more fun watching them make them than it was setting them off!
Also included is a picture of Bobby and the Case boys from McCammon, ID. Their sister was married on the 5th, so we got the chance to see them and catch up during the wedding. It was great getting to see them again and to attend Ashley's wedding!

We hope all of you are doing well and had a wonderful 4th of July celebrating the greatest nation on Earth.

17 Weeks Prego!

Well everyone, I'm 17 weeks today, and FINALLY my morning sickness has pretty well subsided (YAY!!!). Bobby and I are so excited to be having a little boy and really look forward to upcoming milestones and events throughout the rest of the pregnancy (and after!). Thanks for all your support and good wishes! We love you all!
